When we are experiencing an abundance of belly fat, it’s also an indication of overall excess bodyfat. Chances are, that the visible fat on your gut is a good indicator that it’s accumulating in less visible areas of your body, most dangerously underneath the abdomen.
Along with a solid resistance training program to increase muscle mass and an effective fat burning diet that won’t make you miserable, other easy trick to speed up your metabolism is to drink water. Chances are you aren’t drinking enough. The colder the better. If you drink a gallon of ice-cold water a day, it can help you burn some extra calories. Also, it keeps you full and helps reduce your tendency to snack. Use this simple trick along with a good diet that minimizes processed foods, and you will be well on your way to your goal to lose visceral fat.
